Extremely rude, abrasive, and unprofessional staff. They certainly don't act like they want your business and aren't out to try and earn it.

I really want to express how helpful and personable Chris was. I came to him today explaining that I'm on a roadtrip, I need a new deck with map and Android functionality, and I really needed it installed ASAP so I can get back on the road. Chris put the whole package together for me and installed it while I waited. It didn't take him any time at all, and I was back on the road before I knew it. I am very happy with my new Sony deck, and the next time I'm in the Savannah area, I'll be back for my next upgrade! Thanks from this traveling Coloradan!

I recently took my son's F150 to have an amp installed. I previously considered Kimballs a little out of my price range. I happened to go by because I felt like I was getting a little run around by another local agency. Price went up when it came time to do the work. I decided to stop by and see Chris. Not only was his price in line, but when he saw a little disappointment when he was scheduling me, he asked when I needed it done and he made it happen. Kimballs will now be my first stop every time. My son looked like Christmas morning when he heard the system fire up. Thanks Chris!

As i walked in the front door - the gentleman leaving was praising them as the best in the business and area. I could not agree more - i scheduled my appointment for 2 days later and i dropped off my vehicle for new stereo and back up cam and they even finished 30 minutes earlier.

I had a custom install completed in my brand new 2002 Honda Civic. I left my car and equipment with Chris for a month and gave him full reign to do what he wanted. I was NOT disappointed with the results. An awesome show vehicle all around! Completely customized the trunk and tricked out electrical under the hood. Added neon lighting and stencil logo accents. Nothing but compliments. 12 Years later and I'm heading back to Savannah, from Cincinnati, to have Chris work on a new install for my 2005 BMW 530i show vehicle. When you want the best, you drive through six states to get it! Complete Confidence in their Work and Professionalism!
